California High Speed Rail

Project Description:

Fresno to Sacramento, CA - Initially running from San Francisco to Los Angeles/Anaheim via the Central Valley, and later to Sacramento and San Diego, high-speed trains will travel between LA and San Francisco in under 3 hours, at speeds of up to 220 mph, and will interconnect with other transportation alternatives, providing an environmentally friendly option to traveling by plane or car.

LKG Scope of Work:

LKG was retained by the program management consultant, to provide document control, policy and procedures and administrative support services. LKG responsibilities include:

  • Administer and maintain the document control management process in accordance with project procedures

  • Coordinate document control activities with contractor, project, and client staff

  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Program Director and the Chief of Staff and provide administrative support to the project staff

  • Create meeting agendas, prepare meeting minutes and identify items requiring follow-up
